Report a Violation of the Code

Please use the form below to report violations of the Code of Ethical Political Conduct. It is important that you give as much detail as possible, including the date and time of the violation, location and/or medium, and specific details on the nature of the violation.

Beyond the Code

Please note that the Code of Ethical Political Conduct relies at present on the commitment of its signatories to uphold the Code, rather than legislated penalties for infringement.

 

There are, however, aspects of the Equal Opportunities Act of 2000 which do prescribe penalties for the type of offensive behaviour in a public place that the Code, in part, considers.
